Well after a very long hiatus I'm back blogging on Baby Lemonade and feeling well up for the coming season; and what a day to return:
On the brink of LFW and a day after the closing of NYFW I am truly inspired to get blogging again and I'm gonna start with an outfit post I've been wanting to post for a couple of weeks.
This began with my love for the Zara fur long line waistcoat I spotted in the shops around November time, the season to be poor, so there no chance I could afford the £130 price tag.
I've pined after that waistcoat for such a long time that I was a bit too happy when I realised Choies had a very similar style going for a fifth of the price!
I received it about two weeks ago and have yet to feature it in my outfits, so here we are! Sorry for looking a little bedraggled, as you all probably well know, it is just a bit blustery in England recently so forgive the hair; getting an outdoor outfit shot is no mean feat in this wind (Especially keeping a bowler hat on)!
I styled it with my new ombre tartan skirt, a last minute steal of just £10 from the Topshop sale (I still advise you to check the sale out as there is still some beauties up there from last season). I love that the skirt transitions perfectly from winter into the springtime with the ombre colours that were similar to that perfect Marc Jacobs show last night at NYFW:
Oh and I hope you all had a beautiful Valentines!
Awesome outfit
